Frequently asked questions

  • Can I join the program at any time and cancel at any time?
    You can start at any time, as all videos are saved. This means you can work through the courses independently and practice and train for yourself. The membership is cancelable at any time.
  • Do I need any prior knowledge?
    No. The courses are for both complete beginners and advanced learners. You can choose the courses that are right for you and take part.
  • Can anyone learn to twerk and how long does it take to master it?
    Yes. Anyone can learn to twerk to a certain extent. However, there is no general rule as to how long it will take to master it, as various factors play a role: previous knowledge, how quickly you understand the movement, how often you practice, etc.
  • Kann ich die Videos und Streams auf verschiedenen Endgeräten anschauen?
    Ja. Egal ob Laptop, Handy, Tablet etc.
  • Do I need props?
    If you have them, yes. But you can also take part in all the courses without any props. At the end of the week, I always write in the weekly schedule which live streams are taking place when and what is needed for them.
  • Wird nur der Booty trainiert?
    Nein. Der Fokus ist zwar auf dem Booty aber wir trainieren auch den Oberkörper und den Bauch. Außerdem arbeiten wir an unserer Ausdauer, Beweglichkeit und am Körpergefühl.
  • Can I be seen during the live stream?
    No. During the normal live streams, only I can be seen. During the private Zoom Q&A session, you can turn on your camera to ask me questions and show me what isn't working. This way, I can correct you more quickly and give you precise feedback.
  • Which classes await me?
    Twerk Beginner Choreography In this class you will learn a choreography with the moves learned in the "Twerk for Beginners" course. This is a pure choreography course and is based on the level of the "Twerk for Beginners" course. Twerk Choreography This is also a pure choreography class for the more advanced. In this class we learn choreographies with a focus on twerk, but other dance styles are also included. Twerk Just Do It This class is a kind of workout class. In this class we twerk for about 20 minutes straight through. I demonstrate and you follow me to music. This course is more for those who are a little more advanced, as we go through all the twerk moves that we learned in the complete "Twerk for Beginners" course. Beginners are welcome to try it out here. Private Zoom Q&A Every two weeks I give you the opportunity to show me in private Zoom question and answer sessions what is not working for you and you can ask me questions about training, nutrition, steps, etc. Upper Body & Abs Workout Home & Gym Intensive upper body & abdominal workout. This can be done either completely without or with aids such as resistance bands, weights, etc. A sturdy chair or armchair is also used from time to time. Leg Workout Home & Gym This can be done either completely without or with aids such as resistance bands, weights, etc. A sturdy chair or armchair is also used from time to time. Dancer’s Movement In this class I will teach you individual movement sequences and dance steps. This is a course for complete beginners. In this course we will not deal with the topic of "twerk" but rather movement and dance in general. Stretching In this class I will show you my stretching routine to become more flexible. Various workouts I always change the topic from twerk workouts to dancers workouts to general workouts. The aim here is to improve fitness. I demonstrate various exercises to music, which you can simply copy. Fascia training In this class I will show you my fascia training routine. A fascia roller is required for this class. Fascia training helps improve mobility and speed up regeneration, among other things. Various choreography classes For this class I vary between different dance styles. In each class you learn a new choreography and a different dance style. The different dance styles include: Hot Rhythm Fusion, Heels, Commercial, Contemporary Fusion and Hip Hop. Different weekly challenges Now and then. From week to week we focus on a specific “habit” that could improve our lifestyle and health. Vegan recipes I post various vegan recipes that I really like. How do I eat? To give you a bit of orientation, I occasionally post what I ate during the day. But be careful! Every body is different and depending on your goals you will have to adjust your diet accordingly. If members request it, new or more specific classes can also be included. I am happy to consider your wishes and suggestions.
  • What can I expect from the Booty Gang membership?
    After completing your Booty Gang membership, you have access to everything in the member area, including all videos, live streams, recipes, weekly plans, challenges, etc. All videos are saved, so you can catch up on the courses or watch them again and repeat them.
  • What is the Popo Loco program?
    In this program you can expect videos every week from twerking, dancing to workouts, recipes, stretching, fascia training, etc. Every Sunday I post the weekly schedule for the coming week with the days and when which courses are best done.
